"A Resounding Success for
Inovatech Egg Products"

The
IFT FOOD EXPO 2003 held July 13 - 16, 2003 in
Chicago, IL, provided the ideal opportunity
for the introduction of a number of "value-added"
products to the North American marketplace with
specific application into baked goods, mayonnaise,
and sauces and dressings. Inovatech personnel
were busy throughout the four days of the show
fielding questions from corporate purchasers
as well as technical directors who were enthused
by the new products being offered.
Also introduced and showcased
was the new agglomerated instant egg white powder
"Instant EggWhite" marketed by Michael
Foods Egg Products Company under the Wakefield
label. This product has all the convenience
of standard egg white powder while providing
better handling and functional properties. It
also has increased dispersability, increased
wettability, and increased solubility characteristics.
